High-Temperature Thermocouple Material (Precious Metal)
Common industrial precious metal thermocouples are platinum-rhodium wire thermocouples, including thermocouple type B(PtRh6-PtRh30), S(Pt-PtRh10), R(Pt-PtRh13).
Platinum-rhodium wire boasts the highest accuracy, exceptional stability, a broad temperature range, and extended service life, cementing its place at the apex of thermocouple series. Ideal for oxidizing and inert atmospheres, it is unsuitable for reducing atmospheres or those laden with metal or nonmetal vapors.
With excellent processing performance, platinum-rhodium wire, especially wires thinner than 0.1mm, is utilized in rapid temperature thermocouples, making it a staple in metal smelting factories.
Medium and Low Temperature Measuring Materials (Inexpensive Metal)
Type K thermocouple wire effectively manages linearity, maintaining a temperature point precision of 1.1, meeting the stringent aerospace standards.
Type N thermocouple wire offers excellent thermoelectric potential accuracy and prolonged service life.
We can tailor-make design and develop wire, ribbon, and strip based on your specific requirements.
To ensure the utmost care and preservation of our Premium Soft Annealed Nicr-Nisi (Type K) Thermocouple Wire, we employ a variety of sophisticated packaging methods tailored to the specific diameter of the wire. Each method is meticulously chosen to maintain the wire's exceptional quality during transit and storage.
We are dedicated to tailoring our products to meet the unique needs of our customers, offering bespoke customization of product sizes and compositions.
Founded in 1966, Chongqing Chuanyi Automation Co., Ltd. Metallic Functional Materials Branch is a pioneering entity with over 400 dedicated employees and a sprawling facility of over 100,000 square meters. Our annual sales surpass an impressive $60 million. We are proud to be accredited with ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety system certification.
