3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we do offer samples. However, please note that the cost of freight is not covered. The sample weight for clad metal typically does not exceed 200g, with a maximum of 20g of precious metal content. For alloy materials, the sample weight generally does not exceed 500g.
4. What is the lead time for samples?
The usual lead time for samples is approximately 10-30 days after payment confirmation.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, delivery takes about 30-45 days after the order is placed.
6. What are your payment terms?
