3. Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we are pleased to provide samples. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of freight. The sample weight for clad metal is typically less than 200g, with precious metal content not exceeding 20g. For alloy materials, the sample weight is generally under 500g.
4. What is the lead time for samples?
The standard lead time for samples is 10 to 30 days after payment confirmation.
5. Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Typically, delivery takes 30 to 45 days from the date of order.
6. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
