High Temperature Thermocouple Material (Precious Metal)
Among our range of high-temperature thermocouple materials, precious metals stand out. The most commonly used industrial precious metal thermocouples are made from platinum-rhodium alloy. These include thermocouple types B(PtRh6-PtRh30), S(Pt-PtRh10), and R(Pt-PtRh13).
Platinum rhodium wires are renowned for their unparalleled accuracy, remarkable stability, extensive temperature range, and exceptional longevity, making them the top choice in thermocouple series. These wires are ideal for use in oxidizing and inert atmospheres, though they are unsuitable for reducing atmospheres or those containing metal or nonmetal vapors. The platinum rhodium wire's superior processing performance, especially for wires less than 0.1mm thick, makes it perfect for rapid temperature thermocouples, commonly used in metal smelting factories.
The fine craftsmanship ensures reliability and consistency in extreme conditions.
Medium and Low Temperature Measuring Materials (Inexpensive Metal)
Our K-type thermocouple wires are designed to deliver exceptional linearity and precise temperature control, maintaining temperature points within 1.1 degrees, conforming to stringent aerospace standards.
N -type thermocouple wires offer excellent thermoelectric potential accuracy and durability, ensuring superior performance and extended service life..
Our commitment ensures we can expertly design and develop wire, ribbon, and strip tailor-made to meet the unique specifications and needs of our customers.
