3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included. For clad metal, the sample weight is typically not more than 200g, with precious metal content not exceeding 20g. For alloy materials, the sample weight is generally not more than 500g.
4. What is the lead time for samples?
The usual lead time for samples is 10 to 30 days after payment confirmation.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Typically, the delivery time is between 30 to 45 days after placing an order.
