3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples. However, we do not cover the cost of freight. The sample weight for clad metal is generally not more than 200g, with a precious metal content not exceeding 20g. For alloy material, the sample weight is typically not more than 500g.
4. What is the lead time for samples?
The usual lead time for samples is 10-30 days after payment confirmation.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, our delivery time is 30-45 days after placing an order.
6. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T and L/C payment methods.
