3. Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples, though the shipping cost must be covered by the requester. The sample weight for clad metal is generally capped at 200g, with precious metal content not exceeding 20g. For alloy material, the sample weight is usually no more than 500g.
4. What is the lead time for samples?
Typically, the lead time for samples is between 10 to 30 days after payment confirmation.
5. How long is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is generally between 30 to 45 days from the date of order.
6. What are your payment terms?
We accept payments via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit).
